RTG TV, a unique documentary television channel about Russia, made its debut on May 1, 2009. It currently reaches 15 million subscribers in Russia through satellite and cable networks and national and regional operators.
RTG TV specifically publishes films in which Russia has undertaken its own production on the cultural heritage and nature, scientific and sporting achievements, and traditions of the Russian people.
The television channel broadcasts in 16:9 format and without advertising.
